AutoCamp Joshua Tree will open on Dec. 16, offering a 25-acre property located adjacent to Joshua Tree National Park in Southern California.
It will be the first among the AutoCamp brand to offer an outdoor bar with a full beverage program, as well as a hybrid hot tub and plunge pool. In terms of lodging, Autocamp Joshua Tree will offer 47 custom-built Airstreams, four accessible suites and four “X Suites,” all equipped with updated HVAC systems for all-season weather, unique outdoor showers available in some premium units and more.
The communal Clubhouse at Joshua Tree is a modern take on traditional Quonset Huts, with architecture nodding to the eclectic nature of the town paired with clean mid-century modern details that the surrounding Greater Palm Springs area is known for. In keeping with the natural spirit of the area, AutoCamp Joshua Tree was designed for minimal impact on the environment, incorporating low water use, native plantings, xeriscaping, on-site water treatment, a heavy reliance on solar power, and dark sky-compliant lighting to preserve the clear view of stars.
