The Mausoleo di Augusto will be open to the public in Rome, Italy on March 1, 2021. It is the largest circular tomb in the ancient world.
They finished the restorations in two stages and now there is a spiral staircase that leads to the roof of the mausoleum. The Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities helped fund the project.
