Portugal has reopened to U.S. tourists. Everyone must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon departure. The decision to keep borders open to Americans will be reviewed every two weeks.
The cafes and restaurants in Portugal are open, but limited to groups of six people indoors and 10 people outdoors. Stores are also open, but have a curfew of 9p.m. on weekdays and 7p.m. on weekends.
A mask is required for anyone who strolls on the beaches in Portugal. Read more about the reopening here.
