Tailwind Air recently announced a new shuttle route between Bridgeport, Connecticut and Manhattan. Their new service by seaplane reduces travel times by more than 75 percent during rush hour.
The daily nonstop weekday service is between Sikorsky Memorial Airport and Manhattan’s Skyport seaplane terminal at East 23rd Street. It is an alternative to car services and the train.
