France reopened its borders on June 9, 2021. US citizens can travel there with proof of vaccination or negative results of a PCR test.
Cafes and restaurants have resumed regular service until 11p.m. Cultural institutions, such as the Louvre, have also reopened with a capacity of up to 800 people indoors and 1,000 outdoors.
Vaccinated visitors from “orange” countries—including the United States and England— no longer need to quarantine on arrival. More information is here.
