You may have seen rubber ducks in bathtubs, but have you ever seen a rubber duck in Lake Superior? And not just any duck – The World’s Largest Rubber Duck!
This summer from August 12-14, Marquette, MI will host “Mama Duck,” the sensation currently holding the world record for largest rubber duck. Clocking in at an astounding 61-feet high, 69-feet wide, 79-feet long and whopping 31,500 pounds, Mama Duck will be a welcome addition to Marquette’s shores and join in the revelry of the 2022 Fest of Sail.
This event by Travel Marquette and the Tall Ships of America will bring some of the grandest ships of yore to Marquette. This exciting celebration will feature not only Mama Duck and incredible ships but also ship tours, day sails, educational programming, food and beverage, entertainment and family fun and more.
