Founded by music industry pioneer Peter Shapiro, The Rock and Roll Playhouse is a one-of-a-kind, national family concert series where kids can “move, play and sing while listening to works from the classic-rock canon” (New York Times).
This year, the playhouse is celebrating a decade in family entertainment and shows no signs of slowing down.
Over the years, the playhouse has also donated portions of their ticket sales for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Earth Day shows to organizations like Femme House, Oceanic Global and The Rex Foundation, a non-profit charity organization of the Grateful Dead.
