Families traveling with autistic members have a new resource. Autism Double Checked is a new site that vets and certifies airlines and destinations for autism awareness and accommodations.
The service staff at any company that has been certified as ‘Autism Aware’ must had training and understand the needs of families in this situation. They will also be prepared to answer questions before you book and travel.
