Just 10 minutes from downtown, Colorado National Monument (CNM) overlooks the city of Grand Junction. This National Park Service wonder is often referred to as the mini Grand Canyon, complete with red-rock cliffs, towering spires and unique rock formations.
The Grand Mesa is the world’s largest flat-top mountain and is 45 minutes east of Grand Junction. Discover more than 300 alpine lakes and miles of hiking and biking trails. Cast a line and you are guaranteed to reel in a Colorado trout.
Not far from Utah’s national parks, check out Rattlesnake Arches, nestled alongside CNM. Rattlesnake is the world’s second-largest concentration of natural arches and completes this geological trifecta.
