Holland America cruise line is launching a new Global Fresh Fish Program, offering more than 80 varieties of fresh fish sourced locally from across its worldwide network. With more fresh fish and ingredients native to the places Holland America visits, its destination dining tells the story of each region through its unique flavors.
Inspired destination dining experiences will also include a “Catch of the Day” across regional menus, sourced directly from those who know the areas best. From Norwegian salmon in Northern Europe to Patagonian toothfish in South America, savor fresh local specialties with Holland America.
Holland America’s culinary master Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is the new Global Fresh Fish Ambassador! Chef Morimoto will soon bring his innovative flair to a series of curated menu items in the main Dining Room as well as an upcoming fleetwide pop-up restaurant, Morimoto by Sea.
